- User statistics on GSCF’s websites and web-based servicing platforms

Global Supply Chain Finance Ltd. may use personal data for the following purposes:
- providing the services pursuant to a service contract or otherwise performing a contract;

- coordinating the administration of the client relationship with Global Supply Chain Finance Ltd. and client interactions with affiliates of Global Supply Chain Finance Ltd. (“Affiliates”);

TRANSFERRING YOUR INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
As part of our services, the information provided to us may be transferred to, and stored at, countries outside of the European Union (“EU”) and Switzerland. For example, we may share information with other Affiliates or relevant business partners outside the EU. These countries may not have similar data protection laws to Switzerland or the EU. 4. WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT?

- contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (“Eidgenössischen Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragten [EDÖB]”) and/or any other public authority responsible for data protection in Switzerland, if Global Supply Chain Finance Ltd. does not comply with applicable privacy legislation.
